FREE Cherry Kino screening TONIGHT! (CK October newsletter)

Hello!

The Cherry Kino programme as part of the Leeds International Film Festival is now live online at http://www.leedsfilm.com ! Tickets are on sale now, and the Film Festival brochure is all over the city, so pick one up and check out page 75.

And TONIGHT there will be a FREE screening of Japanese experimental cinema from Takahiko Iimura, who will be present! Presented by Cherry Kino and WREAC (University of Leeds), with many thanks to co-organiser Julian Ross.

What: Legendary experimental filmmaker Takahiko Iimura will be presenting a selection of his films in person, this evening! Films to be screened include:

When & Where: 6.30pm, ICS Cinema (University of Leeds),in the Clothworker’s Building.

Directions for the cinema:
Go down University Road, located on the left-­‐side of the Parkinson Building, walk past Baines Wing and Great Hall and there will be some big gates on your right. Go through the gates into Clothworkers Court and the building straight in front of you is the Clockworkers North Building.
