Solarisation of Black and White Negative — Workshop led by Louise Curham (TLC) on developing black and white negatives and solarising them to create projectable film.
Tri-colour 16mm – filming and projection — Harkat introduces the use of RGB filters to create black-and-white film loops that appear in colour when projected with three projectors.
Servicing Eiki 16mm projectors — Richard Tuohy demonstrates how to maintain and repair Eiki projectors, a key tool in experimental film practice.
16mm pinhole camera workshop — Jonathan Seungjoon Lee (Samguri Film Lab) explores 16mm pinhole cameras built from recycled materials and the creation of new prototype designs.
Filming high-contrast silhouettes — Richard Tuohy shows how to produce strong silhouettes and overlay textures or images directly in-camera.
Cinema Expanded — Lynn Loo (Not/Nowhere) guides participants in making loops and experimenting with expanded cinema projection techniques.
Eco Alco-processing — Space Cell teaches how to make alternative film developers using makgeolli, red wine or beer, and how to test new recipes.
Rear Projection for expanded cinema — Melody Woodnutt (AFW) leads an exploration of shadow and light play using front and rear projection setups.
Solarisation of colour print film — Jordan James Kaye (AFW) introduces colour print solarisation using coloured light during development.
Making film prints using a 16mm projector — Richard Tuohy shows how a projector can be used as a contact printer to transfer high-contrast silhouettes onto colour print stock.
