- Description (english) Sometimes we find it difficult to be our true selves, ideologically and socially.In my film ‘Jinmenju’, I explore air, identity, inner and outer self and human fragility. In the film, I inflate helium balloons with my face printed on them. The balloons represent my own identity to make material human fragility. My body used for inflating these balloons is like a metaphoric helium tank and my breath like helium is transformed and transferred into the balloon, becoming a visible and physical object. Letting go of the balloon represents myself longing for freedom but also the loss of my identity.
