EREHWON

erehwon is a micro-laboratory in Frome, Somerset which combines film production alongside facilitation and dialogue about contemporary image making. As an artistrun platform erehwon supports the production of artist works, runs multiple workshops and critical discussions, and actively curates performances, screenings, residencies, publications, events and exhibitions across the UK.

The lab is equipped with a darkroom, JK optical printer, Bell and Howell contact printer, Steenbeck, rostrum camera and many other 8mm and 16mm film resources. 2k and HD telecine of 8mm / Super 8 / 9.5 and 16mm are all possible.

erehwon was founded by artist James Holcombe. James is also the UK and Ireland reseller of ORWO black and white 16mm, 35mm and specialist film stocks.
